C.A.R.E Project
CPR and Accident Resuscitation Education
In recent times, deaths from road accidents, cardiac arrest, heart attacks, and others are on the rise. As a result, knowledge of CPR especially in communities where access to healthcare is limited is a lifesaving necessity.
Together with the Health Emergency Initiative (HEI), we designed a First Responders (FRs) Scheme to educate organizations/individuals/communities/volunteers on responding to emergency cases such as Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Cardiac Arrest, Heart Attacks, Fainting, Seizures, Internal bleeding, Bites, Poison, Burns, Wounds, Fainting, Choking etc., especially during the first one hour (Golden Hour) of the incident.
The goal of this project is to bridge the First Response knowledge and skill gaps found among bystanders by equipping them with CPR/life-saving skills.
