A group,  M. Kukoyi Foundation (MKF), in partnership with Health Emergency Initiative (HEI), has assisted 39 critically injured Road Traffic Accident (RTA) victims in Lagos. Founder of MKF, Dr. Mobola Kukoyi, who disclosed this, said it recorded an 82 percent survival rate in 2022. She noted that avoidable deaths from road crashes are becoming a threat to young people in Nigeria.  According to her, there is a need for an urgent and broad-based action to address this malady…..”

“No fewer than 39 crash victims have so far benefited from the Health Emergency Initiative (HEI) accident victims rescue intervention project in partnership with the M. Kukoyi Foundation (MKF). This is contained in statement on Monday by Mr Paschal Achunine, Executive Director, HEI.  Achunine said that the targeted beneficiaries for the intervention project expected to run for three months was 42. The duration for this project is three months with target to reach more than 42 beneficiaries across Lagos State,” he said.….”
